Poppy Friends

Poppy Friends is a carer support group, organised by Helen for Holt & District Dementia Support.

The monthly Tuesday session is held for all carers.

• It is held from 10.30 – 12 noon on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at The Cedars, 39 Cromer Road (next to the petrol station), whilst clients enjoy Poppy Café with the volunteers in St. Andrew’s Meeting Room as usual.
• The aim is to give Carers an opportunity to chat more freely and support each other.
• Visitors and professionals will be invited to the sessions who can provide advice to carers.
