Keeping Active  – 10.30 – 12.15 pm EVERY 3rd THURSDAY of the month
NB The exercise sessions are now held in the Meeting Room (St. Andrew’s Church, Holt, NR25 6BB)
  Next sessions:  17th May & 21st June
Seated Exercises are led by a trainer from Victory Sports, of North Walsham, followed by other games and activities.  Cakes and coffee or tea are available.  Donations welcomed.

For Volunteers

Adult Safeguarding Training for all Volunteers – Friday 11th May at 2.30pm in the Meeting Room.  The update session on safeguarding, to which all volunteers are invited, will be led by Jerry Green, Safeguarding Adults Lead at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King’s Lynn.

An Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on 11th June at 2.30pm in the Meeting Room in order to agree the new Constiitution and vote for Trustees/Committee members.

Co-ordinators’ Meetings – 11th June in the Meeting Room at 2.00pm.
Committee Meeting – Monday 30th April at 2.00pm in the Meeting Room.
Volunteers’ Meeting – Monday 30th April at 2.30pm in the Meeting Room.
